Our Services

Axis Consulting performs financial, process, and technology analysis of client organizations, and makes recommendations to improve their operational performance. Each consultant brings a unique skill set to the table, creating complementary teams who are able to solve organizational challenges.

Our knowledge base consists of professional work experience at multinational technology firms, international case competition experience, previous consulting engagements (paid and pro-bono), and classroom and technical knowledge. Some areas of consultation include but are not limited to: growth strategies and strategic planning, budgeting and funding, business process improvements or automation, and risk management strategies.

Since our inception, we have had 18 client engagements, impacted over 175 employees, and empowered 10,000 citizens across the Lower Mainland.

The Consultation Process

Axis Consulting typically uses a 6-week consultation process; however, it may change depending on the scale of the project. We work closely with our clients to develop a project proposal that is tailored to meet their specific needs.
